1912 Brewing Company is a veteran-owned brewery well known for its sour beers. Their flagship beer is the award-winning gose named Naughty Naranja, which is 8 percent alcohol. Their brews have a southwest twist that integrate local ingredients. They opened on July 4th, 2015.
The taproom has 20 beers on tap along with an offering of wine, cider, and mead. Locally made tamales, chips and salsa, and artisan popcorn are also available. Food trucks are brought in for those looking for a full meal.
Relaxed Entertainment. Relax while drinking your beer on a leather couch and play checkers/chess or enjoy a game of shuffleboard or darts. Three TVs are available to watch sporting events.

Dragoon Brewing Company is a quality-oriented independent brewery founded in 2012. Their flagship beers offered year-round are Dragoon IPA, Stronghold Session, Santa Cruz’r, and Refraction. They offer a large selection of seasonal, specialty, and single batch blends. You can expect to find around 11 different beers on tap in their tasting room.
In 2017 the brewery expanded its production capacity to about 20,000 barrels annually, making it one of the largest micro-breweries in Tucson.
Tasting Room. The tasting room is open daily. It does not offer food, but there is usually a food truck available. They offer a rotating selection of some of the best food trucks in town Wednesday through Saturday. You are also welcome to bring in your food.

WHISKEY DELBAC – HAMILTON DISTILLERIES
Hamilton Distilleries has succeeded in creating a successful single malt whiskey with a flavor distinctive to the American Southwest. Modeling the distilling techniques in Scotland of malting barley over peat, the distillers at Hamilton have opted to malt their barley over mesquite, creating a unique and hearty southwest smoked whiskey.
100% In-House. They malt their barley, and mash, ferment, distill, barrel and bottle all under one roof. They are proud to do it all themselves and never source or chill filter. They are Arizona’s only malt house.
Interactive Tours. The distillery is open for tours at specific times on Saturdays. Following the tour, the guests can taste their core products and learn the complexities of tasting single malts.
