Agave Expo Night Mission Gardens

Opening the Roasting Pit & Mezcal Tastings, Mingle with Mescaleros, Food and Music!  Culminate an amazing weekend of agave education and celebration with the opening of the agave roasting pit and tasting the smokey sweet caramelized penca and biguata (roasted agave leaves and heart). The evening includes talks, as well as an assortment of La Luna mezcal spirits & cocktails paired with delicious local food prepared by Exo Roast.
